We then use AI to create a unique story and preview it for you. Once you're happy, you order and we generate beautiful full-page illustrations, print the book, and ship it to your door.

The preview is ready in 3–5 minutes. After payment, illustration generation takes a few hours. Once approved, printing and shipping typically takes 5–15 business days for hardcover, depending on your chosen shipping option. Ebooks are delivered within minutes to hours.

Yes! After you submit the order form, we generate a free preview showing the story text and a draft cover. You only pay if you're happy with the preview.

Absolutely. When selecting the hardcover format, tick “This is a gift for someone else” and add an optional gift message. At checkout, you'll enter the recipient's shipping address. The book will be sent directly to them.

Our books are designed for children aged 0–10. The story language and complexity is tailored to the age you provide. Younger children get simpler language and shorter sentences, while older children get more adventurous vocabulary.

It's a premium 9×7 inch landscape hardcover with a casewrap binding, printed on 150gsm matte paper. It has 24 full-colour pages with illustrations on every page. The cover features your child in a hero pose.

We offer five styles: Pixar 3D (vibrant, cinematic), Watercolour (soft, dreamy), Hand-Drawn (classic storybook), Anime (Japanese animation), and Modern Flat (bold, geometric). You choose your preferred style when creating the book.

Yes! You can add up to two companions — a family member, friend, pet, toy, or imaginary friend. They'll appear in the story and illustrations alongside your child.

The hardcover (£34.99 + shipping) is a professionally printed 24-page book delivered to your door. The ebook (£9.99) is an 18-page PDF you can download instantly and read on any device or print at home.

No, it's optional but recommended. If you upload a photo, we use it to make the illustrations look like your child. Without a photo, we use the appearance details you provide (hair colour, eye colour, etc.) to create the character.

We ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and most of Western Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, and the Nordics).

For UK delivery: Standard (£3.99, 10–16 days), Tracked (£5.99, 9–14 days), Express Tracked (£7.99, 9–12 days), and Next Day DPD (£11.99, 8–9 days). International shipping times vary.

Before payment, you can simply close the page — no charge is made. After payment, because each book is custom-made, we're unable to offer cancellations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 personalised product exemption. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — just email us at hello@triplegembooks.com with a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Photos are stored securely and used only to generate the illustrations for your book. They are automatically deleted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. We never share photos with third parties for marketing or training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Every story is generated with strict content guidelines to ensure it's age-appropriate, positive, and free from any harmful content. Stories are also reviewed by our team before the book is printed.

AI-generated illustrations are artistic interpretations, not photorealistic portraits. They capture your child's key features (hair colour, eye colour, skin tone) in the chosen art style. The preview lets you see the cover before you commit.

Of course! Each book is a completely unique story. You can create as many books as you like with different themes, illustration styles, or companions. Many families order one for each child or try different themes.
